1. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Information Collection: We only collect essential data (name, contact number, and address) required for billing and delivery.

  • Data Usage: Your information is used strictly for order fulfillment and internal records. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketing agencies.

  • Security: All digital records on our Odoo platform are protected to ensure your personal details remain confidential.

2. In-Store Purchase & Transit Policy

  • Mandatory Inspection: All items are thoroughly checked and verified in the presence of the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Customer Responsibility: Once items are checked and have left the store premises, Sumaria Pooja Stores is not responsible for any items that are lost, misplaced, or damaged during your transit home.

  • Quantity Verification: Customers are requested to verify the count of all 1,200+ available catalog items against their bill before leaving the counter.

3. Strict Replacement & No-Return Policy

  • No-Return Policy: We follow a Strict No-Return Policy. Once a product is sold and the transaction is complete, it cannot be returned for a cash refund.

  • 7-Day Replacement Window: We offer replacements only for manufacturing defects or transit damage (for delivered orders).

  • Eligibility: * Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Non-Replaceable Items: Used oils (Dhanush Lamp Oil), opened camphor packets, or ritual cloths (Vastras) cannot be replaced once the seal is broken or the item is used.

4. Product Usage & Safety Rules

  • Non-Edible Products: All Pooja materials, including oils, powders, and camphor, are for ritual use only and are not for human consumption.

  • Storage & Flammability: Customers are responsible for the safe storage of flammable items. Keep oils and camphor away from heat sources and out of reach of children.

  • Fragile Items: Handle glass frames, clay diyas, and idols with care; the store is not liable for breakage occurring after the point of sale.

5. Order Cancellations (For Online/Delivery)

  • Cancellation Deadline: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. No cancellations or modifications are accepted once the package is with the courier.
